Our Process

Each Phase of the process will include customer sign-off prior to moving on to the final phase. By following this proven process along with the associated Customer sign-off during each phase of the project, complete customer satisfaction should be realized. Sage Technology Group values complete Customer Satisfaction so much; that they also make sure each Customer Survey is reviewed by senior management, and if there are any unsatisfactory scores, that they are followed up with immediately.

Define

In this phase Sage Technology Group involves management and technical teams to understand the business needs that are driving your technology projects. This phase includes discovery of existing infrastructure and documentation to better understand the requirements and critical success factors that are used to validate design decisions. Reviewing alternatives and discussing potential solutions can also be part of this phase of the process.

Design

Sage Technology Group assumes a design engineer role, using the requirements developed during the Definition phase as the underlying framework for architecting a solution. The results may be technical specifications or a complete technical design. This phase will include a detailed implementation plan which will support the design and into the Deployment phase.

Deploy

In this phase Sage Technology Group will deploy the technology and associated services per the implementation plan that was developed and agreed to by the customer during the Design phase. Sage Technology Group will see that resources are properly coordinated and scheduled to complete your project on time and within budget. This phase will also include the associated testing and as required, remediation to validate that the deployment meets the stated requirements.

Turnover

In the final phase of the project, Sage Technology Group will provide detailed turnover which will include post implementation plan review and updated documentation relative to the implementation. Included in this phase the customer will receive secure access to our Customer Portal where all associated documentation will be available as well as the Customer Survey.
